The firm provides European business with property solutions for their logistical, retail and office requirements by designing facilities specifically geared to individual needs. In doing so, the Company brings into play a complete array of expertise: site selection, environmental analysis, architectural and engineering services and financing.

The Company has offices in Luxembourg, Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Romania.

In this new role you will be responsible will be responsible for i.e.:

  • Managing all corporate affairs and advising on Dutch and European company law;
  • Acting as a managing director able to sign jointly on behalf of the company
  • Participating in equity closing transaction with various investment partners of the group in relation to the financing, acquisition of logistic real estate projects located in the country of development (this includes, lead on the closing of shareholders agreement, loan agreement, share purchase agreement, development management agreement…)
  • Provide legal support to the Holding/Financing subsidiaries and affiliates with a foreign activity, when required by HQ or local Legal Department.
  • Advice on corporate governance issues for Dutch holding entities of the Group;
  • Drafting and reviewing of various agreements and resolutions, including shareholders resolutions, board resolutions, finance and loan agreements;
  • conduct the creation of BV companies, liquidations, name changes, transfers of shares, legalizations of documents when required, and any shareholder restructuring within the group
  • Legal compliance and corporate secretarial matters;
  • Prepare, coordinate and communicate with regulatory authorities;
  • First point of contact for external advisors and authorities;
  • Liaise with Legal HQ and/or legal local contact for a follow-up of the claims/litigations of foreign subsidiaries
  • Monitor the changes in the legislation and communicates on the impacts for the business
  • Assist during internal and external audits

In this fast moving environment you are able to deliver high quality of work. You will collaborate with the international legal team.


  • Dutch Master of Law degree (LLM), preferably with specialization Corporate Law;
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a law firm and/or as a corporate in house legal counsel;
  • Deep understanding of corporate law and corporate governance;
  • Experience in managing and closing transaction;
  • Extensive experience with drafting and reviewing of contracts;
  • Experience within a Real Estate Investment Company is a plus;
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Dutch and English (written and verbally)
  • Special skills:.self-starter with plenty of initiative, work autonomously; part of an international team, hands on mentality, ability to work in a fast paced environment, proactive, highly reliable and good communication skills
